Why are not all of your garments available online?
Beatrice von Tresckow is an exclusive designer brand. Our homepage functions as a means of getting a feel for our concept and is more of a brochure than a catalogue.
Here at Beatrice von Tresckow, we pride ourselves on the fine quality of our small but diverse production. By keeping our production scale modest, we can monitor and ensure the exclusivity of each and every garment, however, the size of such an operation does mean that constantly updating the whereabouts of individual garments can be very tiresome!
If you wish to know more about specific stock items, please contact us directly and we will be more that happy to answer your questions and queries.
How do I place an order for an item which is currently unavailable?
Once you have seen the design you fancy on the website you simply contact us by phone (01242 226 827) or email (email@example.com) to discuss further.
Any made to order item would require you to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the garment.
We estimate the lead-time could take about twelve weeks depending on the work involved.
Why are all your garments tagged?
This is for your own protection as well as ours. If a product is returned to us we have to be absolutely sure that before we re-sell it it has not been worn other than being tried on briefly for size.
By tagging the garment we are making sure that this will be the case. Once the tag has been cut you are deemed to accept the garment!
How accurate are the colours shown on this site?
We have tried as far as possible to reproduce accurately the colours of the fabrics throughout this site. However variations may occur depending on your computer screen settings and we have no control over this.
Occasionally fabric colours may also vary slightly from batch to batch due to the different dye used. This is unavoidable.
Is it possible to talk to someone?
Yes, of course! We will be delighted to help you at any time.

Can I exchange goods if I need to?
Yes you can exchange ‘off-the-peg’ items providing you do so within 14 days of receiving them. The items have to be returned unworn and with an original receipt.
For online and telephone sales we refund the costs of the returned items but not the shipping costs. We just accept returned online and telephone sales with the tag still attached.
Sale items that you purchased in one of the shops or at a show are non-exchangeable and can’t be refunded.
