Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with us.
By placing an order you are signifying that you accept these terms and conditions and that you will be legally bound by them.

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed to be used within the United Kingdom, and conform to UK law.
Whilst we are delighted to receive orders from outside the UK, we are unable to give any warranty that the use of this website or the placing of any orders from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
Placing an Order
If you are ordering from the UK or Europe please use our online shop or contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can help you with this. If you like to order from outside Europe please contact us via phone +44 (0)1242 226 827 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders & Deliveries
For deliveries within the United Kingdom we charge £15 and you should normally receive them in 3 – 5 working days. Special Delivery Next Day is available when you order Monday to Thursday before 2pm. For Special Delivery Saturday for orders placed on Fridays please contact us. For Special Deliveries you will be required to sign, to accept delivery of the package. Please note that some parts of the UK (i.e. the Channel Islands) have restricted Special Delivery options.
European Countries will be charged £18.00 delivery per order and be sent via International Tracked&Signed. Please note that this service requires a signature upon delivery. For all parcels over 2kg we may use the service of a courier.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched within five working days after they have been received and cleared.
Please contact us if you wish to have goods delivered to an addressee other than yourself, as it is not our normal company policy to do this.
For security purposes, all unusually high orders in value or quantity will have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and refund the cardholder if we have been advised that the card has not been authorised and the order does not comply with our Terms and Conditions as well as, but not exclusively, for security reasons.
Postage & Packaging
We undertake to package your goods in suitably protective wrapping or a box.
Most deliveries will be by special delivery or courier and will require a signature on receipt.
Dispatch of Goods
Providing they are in stock we undertake to post your goods to you within five working days of receiving your order. This will be by special delivery or courier.
Occasionally, we may have to source your goods from an alternative location, and this may cause a slight delay in dispatching the goods to you.
In this event, we will contact you to discuss when we should send your goods.
If you wish to exchange an item for an item of higher value, any difference in price must be paid prior to the new item being dispatched.
If you wish to exchange an item for a lower priced item, we will arrange a Credit Note of the difference.
Returns & Refunds
Beatrice von Tresckow Designs Ltd. offers a returns policy. Naturally, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase.
For items you purchased in one of our shops or at a show we will issue a Credit Note on full price goods, providing they are returned unworn and in perfect condition and your original receipt must also be returned with the goods.
Sale items you bought at a show or in one of our shops are non-exchangeable and can’t be refunded.
However items that you purchased online or via telephone can be returned and will be refunded if tag is still attached.
We regret we are unable to refund any postage.
If the goods are faulty – subject to Terms and Conditions we will refund you in full for your purchase.
If we find that any returned goods have been altered in any way by you or any other party and this has contributed to the fault no refund will be given.
If you have placed your order from outside the UK you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods including any import or duties levied on the returned products.
If you paid for your order by Cheque we will refund you by Cheque. If you paid using your credit or debit card we will require you to call us with the card details so that we can process the refund over the phone.
Any refunds, partial or full, will be given to the person who made the original payment.
We recommend that you use a Signed For service for the return of your goods as we cannot accept any liability for any goods lost in transit.

Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to change or amend the prices and specifications of all products offered or to withdraw them from our web site without prior notice.
