For deliveries within the United Kingdom we charge £8 and you should normally receive them in 3 - 5 working days. Special Delivery Next Day is available when you order Monday to Thursday before 2pm. For Special Delivery Saturday for orders placed on Fridays please contact us. For Special Deliveries you will be required to sign, to accept delivery of the package. Please note that some parts of the UK (i.e. the Channel Islands) have restricted Special Delivery options.
For all orders delivered outside the UK, VAT will be deducted automatically once the shipping address has been selected. Please note that if your order is being delivered outside of the UK, it is likely that you will be charged import duties and local government taxes. Any customs or import charges incurred upon entrance to a non-EU country will be the responsibility of the customer. The charges are determined by the local government and so we have no control over this cost.
European Countries will be charged £10.00 delivery per order and be sent via International Tracked&Signed. Please note that this service requires a signature upon delivery. For all parcels over 2kg we may use the service of a courier.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods that you have purchased through our online shop then, as long as they are in a saleable condition, you may return them either for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Goods are returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until we have received them. If you have placed your order from outside the UK, please clearly state on the package that the goods are being returned to the supplier for an exchange or refund to avoid further duties and taxes.
