For over 26 years, her workshop there has been more than just a place of production; it's home to the skills and craftsmanship of a third generation of embroiders. WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
After two successful textile businesses across the globe, Beatrice settled in the UK. In 1996 she launched her company Beatrice von Tresckow Designs. The roots of her inspiration are traced to her childhood years in India, Kenya and Afghanistan and her garments express the profound connection to these lands and their rich cultures.

THE GERMAN CONNECTION
Germany holds a cherished place in both the business and Beatrice's heart. The name von Tresckow carries the rich legacy of a distinguished German family with a storied military history. Among them, Beatrice's great-uncle, Henning von Tresckow, stood as a steadfast adversary to Hitler's wartime ambitions, actively participating in the attempt on his life. Regrettably, with Britain no longer in the EU, the Berlin shop closed its doors. However, the business is determined to maintain their strong connection with their German and European patrons.
