    Why are all of your garments not available online?

    Beatrice von Tresckow is an exclusive designer who enjoys working with small quantities to create limited editions. Therefore our shops stock a huge selection of styles which unfortunately cannot all be displayed on our online shop. We hope that our website gives our customers an insight into Beatrice von Tresckow designs but for the full collection, please visit one of our shops.

    If you wish to know more about specific stock items, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to answer your questions and queries.


    Is it possible to place an order for an item which is currently out of stock?

    Once you have seen a design that you like, simply contact us by phone +44(0)1242226827 or email sales@beatricevontresckow.com to discuss further.

    Any made to order item would require you to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the garment.

    We estimate the lead-time could take about twelve weeks to sixteen weeks depending on the work involved.


    Why are all of your garments tagged?

    This is for your own protection as well as ours. If a product is returned to us we have to be absolutely sure that before we re-sell it, it has not been worn other than being tried on briefly for size.

    By tagging the garment we are making sure that this will be the case. Once the tag has been cut you are deemed to accept the garment!


    How accurate are the colours show on this site?

    We have tried as far as possible to reproduce accurately the colours throughout this site. However variations may occur depending on your computer screen settings and we have no control over this.

    Occasionally fabric colours may also vary slightly from batch to batch due to the different dye used. This is unavoidable.


    Is it possible to talk to someone?

    Yes, of course! We will be delighted to help you at any time.

    Do I need to pay Duties and Customs for international orders?

    We are pleased to now offer a ‘delivered duties paid’ service to the European Union which means that we will cover all duties and taxes required on these shipments which we hope gives our EU customers peace of mind. There should be no delay at customs when the parcel enters your country and no additional charges. 

    However, if you are outside the EU, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. Additional charges may apply when you receive your order. The charges are determined by the local government and so will vary between countries. You will be contacted directly by our shipping partner to process these charges.
