The majority of parcels will be sent by a courier or using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and so would require a signature upon delivery. Therefore please make sure you will be available to receive the parcel or arrange for an alternate delivery address to be used.
We will send international orders by UPS or using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service where, normally, the parcel will enter into your countries postal service. However this cannot be guaranteed so please contact us if you have any specific requests regarding your delivery method.
For any orders being delivered outside of the UK, 20% VAT will automatically be deducted during checkout once you have selected your shipping country. Please note that if your order is being delivered outside of the UK, it is likely that you will be charged import duties and local government taxes. Any customs or import charges incurred upon entrance to a non-UK country will be the responsibility of the customer. The charges are determined by the local government and so will vary between countries. You will be contacted directly by our shipping partner to process these charges.
Please note that we no longer operate our shop in Berlin, so orders that are to be delivered to Germany are also subject to customs and import charges upon entry as we are no longer in the EU.

Orders & Deliveries
For all orders we hope to dispatch the parcel within 3 – 5 working days. Special Delivery UK Next Day is available with an additional cost when you order from Monday to Thursday, by 2pm, this service is only available by phone. Please note that some parts of the UK (i.e. the Channel Islands) have restricted Special Delivery options and that all orders will require a signature upon receipt.
For security purposes, all unusually high orders in value or quantity will have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and refund the cardholder if we have been advised that the card has not been authorised and the order does not comply with our Terms and Conditions as well as, but not exclusively, for security reasons.
